Eltern WG mit weitblick dachterasse & ruhige lage 100QM

I live with my son and partner and two other children in a small flat.
The idea is for me and my son to move here and start a WG with, maybe you.

My son is 2, I’m 40.
He goes to KiGa/daycare in the morning and is picked up by his mother in the afternoon.
I would then pick him up from her and go “home”

That would be the idea.

The flat has 2 bedrooms. Not sure exactly how big, but let’s guess 15m2

There are two toilets, one bathtub.
Large communal livingroom/kitchen.
Large roof terrace and a (small) balcony.

Making a third bedroom, would be an option to split cost by 3.
But then there’s also 3 adults and everyone has to get along ;)

I’m estimating total costs per person incl heat, internet etc etc at 1300-1400 per person (the adult)!

I know, that is ALOT.
That's why I'm trying to find someone interested first before going any further, as covering the costs by myself until I find someone is also to much for me.
