We are looking for someone who can move in on 01.07.2026.

One fully furnished room is available in our modern 4-person shared apartment (WG). The room is bright, quiet, and ready to move into.

Special Offer: If you move in on July 1st, the total all-inclusive rent for July is only €390 instead of €450.

The room includes:
• ) 140 × 200 cm bed with mattress
• ) Wardrobe
• ) Desk and office chair

All furniture is already provided and can be used free of charge.

The room is lockable and accessible directly from the hallway, ensuring privacy and comfort.

You can officially register your primary residence at this address and will receive the required registration form ("Meldezettel").

If you are only looking for accommodation for July or for a shorter period, feel free to send me a message. I'm sure we can find a solution together.
