The apartment is ideally located for students and young professionals. TU Graz (Infeldgasse and Kopernikusgasse) can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

Your room is Room #2 (see floor plan in the pictures) and comes fully furnished with:

The room is already available, and move-in is possible from July 1st, 2026.

All furniture is included and can be used free of charge.

The apartment consists of four separately accessible and lockable bedrooms, offering privacy while still enjoying shared living.

You will share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, laundry area and balcony with your flatmates.

We are currently three international professionals living together and are looking for one more flatmate to complete the apartment.

Bernd (Austria) – Working professional who enjoys billiards, bowling, exploring Graz and learning new things.

Sanket (India) – Software Engineer living and working in Graz for the past three years.

Our flat is international, friendly and respectful. We mainly communicate in English, but German is becoming more common as everyone is improving their language skills.

We are not a party WG, but we also don't live completely separately. Sometimes we chat in the kitchen, have coffee together or exchange tips about life in Graz.

We welcome internationals and locals alike. The apartment currently consists of three men, but we are equally happy to welcome a female flatmate. The focus is on finding someone who fits the atmosphere of the WG.
