I'm moving out of my room and looking for someone who will enjoy living here as much as I did.

The room is available from 01.09.2026 and comes fully furnished, so you can simply move in and feel at home from day one. I really liked that I didn't have to worry about buying furniture or organizing anything.

The room is bright, quiet, and offers enough space to work, relax, and enjoy your privacy. It was recently freshly painted and is in very good condition.

The apartment is about 80 m² and located on the 1st floor of a beautiful historic building. There are four separate lockable bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom.

Ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer aus und suche jemanden, der sich hier genauso wohlfühlt wie ich.

Das Zimmer ist ab 01.09.2026 verfügbar und komplett möbliert. Das hat mir immer besonders gefallen, weil ich mich um nichts kümmern musste und direkt einziehen konnte.

Im Zimmer befinden sich:

• ) Schreibtisch mit Bürosessel

Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Arbeiten, Entspannen und Zurückziehen. Es wurde gerade frisch ausgemalt und befindet sich in sehr gutem Zustand.

Die Wohnung hat ca. 80 m² und liegt im 1. Stock eines schönen Altbauhauses. Es gibt vier getrennt begehbare und absperrbare Zimmer, eine gemeinsame Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer.

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten von der FH Joanneum, der Annenstraße, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Grazer Hauptplatz entfernt.

Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Man kommt schnell zum Jakominiplatz, zur KF-Uni und in alle anderen Teile von Graz.

### Flat-Share-Life ###

Everyone has their own life, studies, or work, so the apartment is usually calm and respectful. At the same time, people are friendly and open, and it's always nice to chat in the kitchen or on the balcony.

At the moment, three male flatmates live here. That's purely by coincidence — everyone is welcome.

The WG is international and English and German are spoken daily. I think the room is ideal for someone who studies seriously or works professionally and appreciates a clean and respectful environment.

### WG-Leben ###

Jeder hat sein eigenes Leben, Studium oder seinen Job, daher ist es meistens ruhig und respektvoll. Gleichzeitig sind alle offen und freundlich, und man plaudert immer wieder gemeinsam in der Küche oder am Balkon.

Aktuell wohnen drei männliche Mitbewohner in der WG. Dass es derzeit eine Männer-WG ist, ist reiner Zufall – selbstverständlich sind alle willkommen.
