Welcome! We are an international family and are offering a 45 m² apartment for rent to a friendly student in our villa in Alt-Hietzing. The apartment is a self-contained garden-level unit (souterrain), bright thanks to large light wells and pleasantly cool even in high summer temperatures. The 20 m² living/bedroom is partly furnished with two wardrobes, a sofa bed, a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine; the bathroom has a shower and toilet. Digital satellite TV connection as well as telephone and ADSL/internet access are available and can be activated at any time.
