The flat comprises a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a living room with a comfortable work-from-home setup, one shared bathroom (shower, washing machine, separate sink with cupboard), and access to a private garden. The building has a lift; the flat itself is reached via a few steps up from street level.

You'll be sharing with one professional flatmate (up to 30s) and a very friendly Tazy dog who loves company. No one in the household smokes, and a non-smoking room is preferred. The flat stays warm and comfortable throughout the winter months.

House rules: tidy, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly, and comfortable around dogs.

This room is offered to female applicants only, as that's what the main tenant (Female) would prefer, as she would be living with the person. I am listing this as a male as it's my previous room and I'm moving out.
